Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps with PDO Corinthian Raisins and PDO Mastiha Chiou
Ingredients
Lettuce leaves
Beef Bulgogi
PDO Corinthian raisins, slightly soaked
A dash of soy sauce
A dash of grated PDO Mastiha Chiou
Steamed rice
Spring onions
Instructions
Mix Corinthian raisins with a dash of umami soy sauce to add a touch of sweetness.
Sauté the meat until caramelized and add the mixture with the PDO Corinthian raisins.
Fill each lettuce leaf with rice, meat, and some shredded spring onions.
Add a sprinkle of PDO Mastiha Chiou for a unique flavor.
Roll the wraps about the size of a palm and serve.
