Pandan Cream Cheese Buns with Latvian Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • Ready-made buns (milk buns or roti manis)

  • Latvian cream cheese

  • Pandan extract

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

Mix Latvian cream cheese with a dash of sugar and Pandan extract.

Carefully fill the buns with the pandan cream using a pastry bag.

Add a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Serve slightly chilled.
