Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves
- Beef Bulgogi
- PDO Corinthian raisins, slightly soaked
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of grated PDO Mastiha
- Chiou
- Steamed rice
- Spring onions
Instructions
Mix Corinthian raisins with a dash of umami soy sauce to add a touch of sweetness
Sauté the meat until caramelized and add the mixture with the PDO Corinthian raisins.
Fill each lettuce leaf with rice, meat, and some shredded spring onions.
Add a sprinkle of PDO Mastiha Chiou for a unique flavor.
